Default Mass air flow sensor

Hello. I have a 1993 Isuzu Amigo 2.6l manual transmission. I need a mass air flow sensor but can't find one anywhere. Does anyone know where I can get one or a solution to bypass the sensor? My sensor shows the arrow pointing toward the air box, and any of the ones I have found are backwards and show the arrow pointing to the throttle body. I've tried this set up and it does not work. What should I do? Thanks in advance.
