What are the possible causes for the ABS light to come on. Mine came on
once, but after restarting the engine it has not returned.

it could have been the circuit clearing itself, or something like that...or some dust or water got into a connection and caused an error for a bit..do the brakes seem ok?

The brakes seem fine, and it is the first time that I have noticed the light.
