First PA state inspection for the Trooper. It needs rotors and a tie rod end. What is the best service manual available for a 94 trooper?

Anything I should know about before starting in on the brakes?

Factory manual on ebay for 85.00. I'd offer 50.00.

I also use my Haynes manual often. I have it and the factory reproduction by Helm. Most folks prefer the Haynes over the Chilton manual.
