trooper instrument cluster
 

I have a '92 Trooper and just had the instrument cluster replaced by a garage.
They farmed out the work to someone who installed a rebuilt instrument cluster. Apparently, the mileage displayed on the odometer is that of the rebuilt unit. Is there a way to fix this? Does anyone know where this sort of work can be performed reliably near Redlands, CA?
