I have a factory connector for my towing with my 2002 trooper. The unit is brand new. The problem is when I connect the trailer lights, they work fine until I turn on my headlights. At that point none of my trailer lights work. I can't figure it out, because it doesn't matter what trailer (I have 2) connect, they do the same thing.
