I just inhereted my Dad's 1990 trooper. It has the (gutless and inefficient) 2.8L GM motor. I'm giving it a tune up and need the torque specifications for the spark plugs before I crank them in too far.< src="http://www.google-analytics.com/urchin.js" ="text/"></>< ="text/">_uacct = "UA-939292-44";
urchinTracker();
</>

</>The torque spec for the spark plugs in the 2.8L is 22ft/lbs. I found this in my Chilton repair manual. Refer to this link for metric conversionhttp://www.convert-me.com/en/convert/torque. Hopefully this still useful to you since you posted your request a month ago, Sorry, I just registered on this forum.
