SOHC to DOHC 3.2 Swap help

I have found info on this on other groups. Has anyone on this site done it? Any pitfalls to look out for. Any parts that definitely have to be replaced? Should I buy a reman''d engine with nothing else on it, or a JDM with a few bits and pieces still attached?
