I have a 99 Trooper Luxury with power seats. The passenger seat was moved to the lay back position and now it won't come back up. Any ideas? It is not the fuse or breaker, I checked already and I can hear the motor try to go.

 

I would take the motor out and hotwire it to make sure it's not locked up. It may still make a noise even though it's locked up. Also the seat might move freely with the motor out.
