Can anyone tell me what years/models have the same neutral safety switch? I need to replace mine and prefer not to spend the $280.00 for a new one. Oh, it's an automatic trans. btw.
Thanks,
Dave

Pretty sure that if you have the 4L30E trans you can use the same mode switch on the trans. check www.myisuzuparts.com for yourself to make sure. These are a pretty basic switch and with care can be cleaned up by taking it apart and carefully cleaning, lubing and reassembling. Depend though on if contacts are burned or not. Won't know until you open em up. Also, very carefully not how it goes back on the shaft, as there is a special assembly procedure to make sure that the switch and shift lever work together correctly. Good luck.
