Default Lower Ball Joint Replacement

Hello all,
At the moment my father and I are attempting to replace the lower ball join on the forward suspension, left side. If anyone has any tips/ steps/ warnings please let me know. The current problem I am having is loosening the torsion spring. Sadly I am not as affluent with car lingo but I am willing to do the research to find it out. Thanks!

Loosening the torsion bar tension is not necessary. You have to remove the 4X4 locking hub, unbolt the upper and lower ball joint, pull the axle out of the hub and pull the hub out and down to get it off the lower ball joint and then unbolt the ball joint from the lower control arm.

Thank you very much! That saves a lot of trouble. Much appreciated.
