I have a "97 and '95 Trooper Can anyone tell me if Tie rods, adjustment sleeve, tie rod end are same on both? Seem to keep getting sent adjustment rod that is too short?

The short adjuster is probably for a pre-95 trooper. Parts geek sent me a short one, also. The correct one needs to be about 7-8 inches long...Can’t find one anywhere on the planet...So, my right wheel has some Ford F-150 parts...Moog ES3368S sleeve, ES3370T, and ES3369T...Issues: they will need a washer under the nut, as the nut bottoms out a bit prematurely. Also, they are not sealed, so the zerk fittings will require a very short 90 degree adaptor on your grease gun. Point to point distance on a post 94 trooper is about 13.1inches. The Moog parts fit with about two inches of thread engagement each rod.
