Default Driving around without heat/defrost because you bypassed your heater core? Read this

Looking at the OEM heater core, it's no wonder why so many Troopers end up without heat. Plastic just can't hold up to the drastic temperature changes the heater core goes through for long, so why use it? And worse, it has plastic pieces screwed together. Right now, the only alternative to bypassing the core is to get one from another car and run the hoses however you can or buy the OES core which is more of the same thing, and expensive to boot. Which brings me to my point. I've made several cores for friends in the past and I'm about to do it again. I figured I'm already going to make one, why not see if anybody else is interested. Share the heat. So this is a feeler to see how much of a market there is for it. It's an all aluminum core with the feed and return lines welded on, not pressed in or soldered. No modification of the firewall or heater box required. It's a direct replacement, just drop it in (once you finally get to it ), slip on the hoses and crank up the heat. This core will fit all models from '92-'97. And considering the black hole of information I've found about earlier models, I'd like to make cores for those as well, providing the response to this post is good.

A little about me:
Before Momentum Performance was forced to close it's doors, I was the lead fabricator/manufacturing and quality specialist in R & D. I fabricated the prototype performance parts, including cold air intakes, headers and exhaust, complete turbo kits and the various mounts and brackets needed to hold everything together. I made prints and 3D models necessary for suppliers to mass produce parts and tested the finished products to insure quality, fitment and ease of installation. Testing the cars performance was fun too. Information about Momentum Performance is all over the web on tuner forums, product reviews in magazines and several videos on Youtube. I'm in a few of those. Momentum films presents: Able to Fly is probably my favorite of the videos.
Any other parts that are hard to find, low quality or just too damn expensive let me know and I'll see what I can do. Thanks for your time

This is an older post. Are you still doing this? The isuzu heater core build?
