I'd make sure the compressor clutch was engaging first. Locate A/C compressor under hood. Start engine, turn on A/C and see if clutch engages. If it does, a quick fix would be to get a re-fill kit, but the gas leaked out from somewhere. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info I checked the a/c compresser if it would engage but does not engage when I turn on the a/c. I think it got burned when I got my truck stuck in the mud :\ I had to replace so many parts just from that. Im gonna pull it out and get it checked out to see if it works, hopefully it still works!

I took the a/c compressor out and cleaned all the mud it had, when I was taking the hoses off it still had compression in it so I don't think there's any leaks, I think. I'm thinking of just re filling and seeing if it helps. But one question, I can't find the valve so I can re fill?

I hope you realize your system was a freon 12 system. And hopefully you have changed the system from freon 12 to freon 134a. If you recharge the system that has not be flushed, vacuumed and had the receiver/dryer changed you will have another problem as 134a is not compatable with 12 and neither is the lubricant. The dryer in the receiver/dryer will rupture and then you will have to do it all over again.

Hope this helps.
