My heater blower hasn't worked since I bought my trooper in early 09'. I could find any fuses blown in the fuse box and the blower works fine when hooked up directly to 12V. I found the 2 relays and the resistor pack in the heater circuit, but there is not any power to any of them. The schematic shows a 20A fuse after the A/C Blower relay and I can't find either of them. I ran a wire from the fuse block to bypass them for now and it works. Does anyone know where these are located on a 90' Trooper?
