My guess is that at least 50% of the time the 4ZE1 won't idle properly is because of a loose/missing/leaking vacuum line.....any of the many. good luck Edited by: glennb |
I agree with glennb, check all the vacuum lines to make sure there are no craked hose ends , missing, or loose hoses. That was the problem on my trooper. Some of the hoses dry out and become stiff letting some air through and need replacing.
