The old style of Rodeo could fit 31 x 10.5 " tires. The same size as were found on previous gen toyotas. Looks like that is whats under there. On the side of the tire it should give you a set of numbers, just look for them. They will either give you an LT or P followed by a series of numbers and slashes such as p235/75/R15 or LT 265/70/R16...that will be the numbers you are looking for. The LT stands for light truck, and thr P stands for passenger. Otherwise if you see a 31 x 10.5 that is a floatation series tire. P rated is softer with less plies and will give you a more comfortable ride but the LT series will have a better load rating and is better for offroad driving because they are more durable. Floatation series are usually found for 15" rims and will be more of you mud and snow tires (MT) but can be found in all terrain as well (AT). Your local tire shop will set you up with the proper rubber for your kind of driving.
