Hello all, new to the forums. I actually have a 97 passport that isnt starting. The car will crank but wont turn over. This past week it was idling very high and sporadically. I found a technical bulletin saying it might be the ground points or the blue connector on the right side of the engine. I cleaned everything off and although it idled normally for a while, it went back to the same thing. The next morning i remote started the car but by the time i came down, the car was off and when i went to start it it would just crank. The battery is fine on it. And i noticed now that there is a mixture of fuel/water leaking from under the car at the Y joint of the exhaust. Does this mean i have a fuel leak? or is the engine flooded and its collecting at the bottom part of the exhaust pipe and leaking out? What troubleshooting steps should i take to diagnose this problem?
