Rodeo transmission removal
 

I am removing the manual transmission fro a 96 Isuzu Rodeo. I have everything removed and was able to move the trannie back about a 1/2 inch before progress stopped. What am I doing wrong? Is there some odd trick to get the transmission to release from the shaft?
