I bought my 93 Rodeo about 2 years ago and had to replace 3 of the window switches, nothing else. It's like new in and out, but here's the problem. Someone put the back window all the way down and it won't return all the way back now, it comes about 2 inches from the top. I pulled the door panel today and the plastic piece on the top edge of the door that guides the cables is broken. It still functions, but I can't see how it is causing the problem. It seems like the cable is too short and it just doesn't have enough to get itself all the way back up. Any suggestions? Is there a way to manually raise it so I can just unplug the motor so the window will remain up?
