I have been noticing that I am getting alot of moisture accumulating at the end of the exhaust pipe.

After the engine runs for a few minutes or has been off for awhile
there is about a quarter size amont of water at the edge of the pipe. I
also noticed water drip out of it when my wife was driving it.

I have had it checked for a blown head gasket and that is not the case.

Can the exhaust get so much condensation that it always seems to have some moisture coming out of it?

Water is a normal byproduct of burning fossil fuels. With cleaner burning engines and cat converters its even more evident. If you could get an internal combustion engine to burn perfectly the only emissions would be CO2 and H2O.
