Might be purchasing a Rodeo and need help!

Good evening guys, I might be purchasing a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo LS tomorrow. Black in color with 133,000 miles, automatic transmission.

This will be my first ever Rodeo (or Isuzu for that matter) and I am curious as to what the common issues with these cars are? Can you guys tell me what I should look at/inspect when I go to drive it?

I am rather mechanically inclined and have owned many brands of vehicles in the past but never an Isuzu.

I have read mixed reviews.... some saying these cars are heaping piles that suck oil and have lots of electrical problems. Others say they run very reliably for years! I guess that's how it goes with any used cars.

Thanks for any help!
David

Most customers have complained of disconnected steering feel and lousy 4WD button placement.
