My keyless entry started working less and less about a year ago now it dosent work at all. I've tried changing the batteries in the remote and nothing. Is there a bad sensor or something?

I figured it out. I coil contact inside the remote needed to be bent over a little more and it had some green deposite built up on it I cleanded that off.

That would do it. I replaced at tv remote with the same thing. Didnt notice the acid build up until after I had ordered a new one.
