wifes 2001 isuzu rodeo 4x4, has been having problem, idle rough, hard start, and the service lite is on.. last time this happened had a code reader and said something to do with emissions. and would have to put it on computor to find out what it actually is, Well it stopped doing it and was good for a year, now it is doing it again,, will have to take to sop and get pc hooked to it,, anyone else ever have this problem? and ideas?

Is it the emissions light or check engine light (CEL)?

If its a cel, get it read for free at auto zone. Post back here with the exact codes (Pxxxx) and we will see if we can figure it out.

Its the check engine lite

When you get the codes read, post them here and we will figure it out. Not sure who besides autozone will check them for free (incase you dont have one near you).
