How much can I put in the back of a rodeo
I just purchased a 99 Isuzu Rodeo LS 4x4. I need to haul an engine, and I
don't really want to drag a trailer around. Anyone think that 800lbs would be
to much to put in the back end of it? I'm new to the foriegn vehicle with a
gas engine thing, so thank you in advance for any advice. I usually drive a
diesel, but the tranny just went out of it, so I'm stuck with the rodeo.

It should haul it just fine as far as weight but you might be on the bump stops with stock springs. The stock ones are kinda soft. When I moved I had an over loaded 6x12 enclosed trailer, dont know how much weight was actually on the hitch but I was on the bump stops the whole way. Didnt seem to bother it any.

Hope this helps
