I own a 92 izuzu rodeo and it won't turn over.
It has fuel, but I don't think it's gettting to the engine,
I have tried starter fluid and it starts the car, but once it burns out it the car shuts off

Check the pressure from the fuel pump. Its probably bad. Could also be a clogged fuel filter.
