Engine starts with high rpm rode '99
 

HI all,
I have rodeo '99 3.2L engine with 110000 miles. When starting engine it starts with high rpm s , about 1500-1700 even if it is not cold outside. After 3-5 minutes depends on weather it's come slowly down. This happens mostly in the morning when car stay few hours. Can you please help with this or maybe anybody have same experience?

Hey nothing to worry there might be some problem in tuning, just look for some mechanic it will be done.

Thx to jeffturner. I guess that there might be an issue with sensors, ones that reporting about engine inside temp. But testing I guess is real headache.
