A/C fan not working until I have been driving for about 10 minutes

So it is 110 out and of course, my A/C is going out.
When i first start the car, no matter what settings, the fan will not blow any air. I can hear the compressor kicking on when I hit the AC switch but the fan does nothing.

Once I have been driving for about 10 minutes, I can start flipping the switches and it will kick on and work great.

Any ideas on what is the cause? Should I take this to a shop or is this something I can likely do in my driveway?

Also, I almost forgot: 2001 Isuzu Rodeo, 4Cyl, 2WD, automatic, 139,000 miles

Check the wires

That's funny because I had just the same problem on my 2001 Rodeo just about a week ago. I was about to buy a new blower motor when my friend said to bring it over and he will look at it. Sure enough, he found the blower motor under the dash behind the glove box and unplugged and plugged the wire back in and it's been working flawlessly since. It could be your blower motor still but it wouldn't hurt to just make sure everything's plugged in tight. Just a thought, so good luck!

Who'd of thought.

So I remove the blower motor, and the blower motor resister, and blow a bit of compressed air into em. Put it all back, and it works great.

Strange. Maybe the plug has started working its way out.

Thanks.
