99 Rodeo Issues

So, lately my Rodeo has been idling a little rough. CEL came on, so I ran to Auto Zone and had it checked out. I got these:
P0171: System too lean (bank 1)
P0174: System too lean (bank 2)
P0303: Cylinder 3 Misfire
P0507: Idle Control System RPM Higher Than Expected
I figured if the problem was a misfire I would replace the plugs and see what happens. So, I replaced the plugs today and seems to run exactly the same as before I replaced the plugs. So, my main question is: Does anyone know what else I should try? Also, are all these problems related to one another or seperate issues?
I should point out that the misfire seems to be mild, because the only reason I noticed anything was a slightly rougher idle. It is not horrible, but there is a little more vibration than usual. There doesn't seem to be any problems when I am not at an idle.
Thanks in advance for any advice,
Tim

Damn! That sucks. I was reading the information, and I'm not too confident this is a job I can do. I'm also not sure I can afford to take it in and have it fixed. It seems to be a pretty complicated job, is it actually? Or is it something that someone without extensive engine repair knowledge could do? I have done engine work before, but nothing like this.
Do you know if this is something that is going to all of the sudden make my vehicle not run at all? I mean, do I have some time to think about this and weigh my options, or do I need to get it into a shop like tomorrow and have it fixed?
I'd appreciate any help you can give me. Again, thanks.

Dont think it needs to be done immediatly. Would get it fixed as soon as you can to avoid any unforseen problems but its not going to destroy anything if not done right away. Gas mileage will probably suck.
I havent done one (yet) thankfully. But those who have said they did it in a 2-3 hrs. Worst part seems to be getting the egr tube and fuel rail disconnected. Just not much room to work with in there. I would recommend getting an OEM thermostat and replace that as well while you are there since you have to remove the intake to replace it.

Good call!

Took it in today, was exactly what you said. Got it fixed for $400.

Hi People, I have some similar problem with My Idle , some times goes to 1500rpm, but when I turn the engine off and leave it as is for a while and turn on again , become normal ( 750 rpm) and stay normal couples of days.
Could be the same solution.
Could You help Me..
THANKS IN ADVANCE..
Without a check engine light I doubt its the intake manifold gasket. Other things I can think of that would cause it are Idle Air Control valve, vacuum leak somewhere, or flakey power steering pressure switch.
