I have a 95 rodeo with a 3.2L manuel trans. that will not start. thought it was fuel pump but not the case. I am getting spark and the engine is turning over but not getting fuel to the engine. bypassed the relay and am getting fuel to the injector rail but dont seem to get a signal going to the injectors. thought it might be a ecm issue but I dont have the tools I once did (I am ASE certified but retired from auto work a few years ago) to diaginos the problems. Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem could be. Is this a known issue or am I all alone on this one> any help is apprecited.

 

check to see if the ecu is flashing i think code 12. it should always flash this code to signal it is working.
