Hello Forum My name is Jessica. My dad bought me a 1992 Rodeo and we were looking for tires. The plate inside the drivers door says 31/10.5 x 15 with a 7" aluminum alloy rim. Do you have t ouse the 31" tires or can we go with the 225/75 x 15 alternative due to price. Thanks in advance and will be here lots. Jess |
You can run the smaller tires, but it might look goofy. 1st gen rodeos have large wheel openings and can fit a 32" tire with no problem. Your speedometer will also be off a bit since 225/75 is about 3" smaller.

I have a 1992 rodeo as well and I just put new shoesies on her! Price was somewhat of an issue since I was not purchasing them but I ended up getting BF Goodrichs for the size 31x10.5 on 15''s. The tires I originally bought the car with was a mixture of Michelin Radialsand Goodyears at P265 75R15. Tires are important, don''t let prices be intimidating.
