Hello Forum

My name is Jessica. My dad bought me a 1992 Rodeo and we were looking for tires. The plate inside the drivers door says 31/10.5 x 15 with a 7" aluminum alloy rim. Do you have t ouse the 31" tires or can we go with the 225/75 x 15 alternative due to price.

Thanks in advance and will be here lots.

You can run the smaller tires, but it might look goofy. 1st gen rodeos have large wheel openings and can fit a 32" tire with no problem. Your speedometer will also be off a bit since 225/75 is about 3" smaller.

I have a 1992 rodeo as well and I just put new shoesies on her! Price was somewhat of an issue since I was not purchasing them but I ended up getting BF Goodrichs for the size 31x10.5 on 15''s. The tires I originally bought the car with was a mixture of Michelin Radialsand Goodyears at P265 75R15. Tires are important, don''t let prices be intimidating.
