Last year my 4 wheel drive on my 96 rodeo stopped working out of no where. When I shift it into 4 high you can hear a noise coming from the front, The light will turn on but no power to the front wheels. Also when I was messing around with it one day on my steep drive way with ice on it, when I put it in 4wd just the back right tire would spin and when I disengaged it both back tries would spin. Any comments or ideas would help alot. I live in Minnesota and 4wd would be great to have again.

 

Found the problem for other people that may have the same issue. I took the right front hub off and a washer and retainer clip had came off letting the drive shaft disconnect from the wheel simply put the clip back on and 4wd.
