There are problems like any other vehicle. If maintenance is kept up they are pretty reliable. Read through some posts here and also check out www.planetisuzoo.com and the isuzu sections of the forums at www.4x4wire.com as well as the isuzu section of www.automotiveforums.com that should give you an idea of what to look out for.
