i have a 98 rodeo V-6 automatic with 82000 miles. just bought it, sometimes when you stop at a light, sitting there it will feel like it just kicked into gear and jump forward a little. and sometimes while cruising it will feel like slamming into gear.


could this possibly be something causing the torque converter to lock up momentarily?


and how do you check the trans fluid?[img]smileys/smiley5.gif[/img]
