Default 1995 Isuzu Rodeo 4WD -3.2 Engine

I live in central Mexico and after 3 -4 hours of driving 60 - 70 mph the cel comes on. When I slow down below 30 mph it goes off. When I shut the engine off for 30 minutes or more, it doesn't come back on until I drive for approximately 1 hour at higher speeds. After setting over night I can drive at higher speeds again for 3 -4 hours before it comes back on.
Can anyone give me any suggestions as to what might be causing this problem? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Good mechanics on Rodeo's are difficult to find here, so, I'm left doing most of the maintenance myself.
Thanks,
Dennis

more then likely is it a air/fuel censer that may need cleaning. a tuneup is also something to look at. anywhere from spark plugs to air filter. I would run a engine de carbon through the engine first.
