the gas pedal on my 01 isuzu rodeo sport just got stuck. pressed the brake & the truck was still acclerating, narrowly missed a severe accident, the truck only stopped when i turned the key off. Anybody with any insight to this...why? any recalls? what to do?

 

well on this truck you have an electronic throttle position sensor (tps) its located on the throttle body i would say try cleaning this bad boy off with some carb cleaner and strart it see what happens and maybe even replace it. hope this helps
