I was directed to Car-Part.com(or car-Parts.com). The best junk yard referrence I've ever heard of. There I found about25 sets of Isuzu Trooper coils, my"set"was '02 STOCK Trooper 4x4(I believe '98 -'03 will work, try to get the newer ones that haven't sagged, like from towing)rear coils for "$40" delivered from Kentucky to Wisconsin!

"The Rear Lift"- I dropped the lower end of the shocks(1 nut and washer each.), jacked up the back by the trailer hitch,(if you take the wheels off, itcan giveyou more clearance to pry down, ),pried down on the axle with an 8'-2x6 (If you are doing this alone, I balanced the tire on the end of the 2x6, to keep theaxle pried down,to have 2 free hands)(careful of the brake line stretching in the middle), dropped out the old springs, a little finagling topop in the new (used), longer &stiffer springs(without a spring compressor, but it isn't all that hard without it), jacked up the differential, put the shocks and tires back on! (Done with 2" -2 1/2" rear lift!!(If your experienced, 20-30 min.)

"The Front Lift"- Lift the front axle and tightenthe bolt oneach tortion spring adjuster(it is located under each door, under the rear end of thetortion bar, it is about a 7/8" bolt head,...Sorry I forgot to look at the size!!)about 7-8 full turns(watch where you start and then finish there). That gave me 2 1/4" for the front. (Takes about 15 min., if your bad! It's very easy!!)

I kept hearing $150 -$225 for rear springs!! I can't believe this was this easy and CHEAP!!!! IT RIDES GREAT, STILL!!

I have built 2 "VERY" seriousand 1 "just very fun", Jeep wranglers in my past! Which as always, drain your account every month or so!! I don't intend to get to crazy with my "Retro Amigo"! (Yeah, I know!...At least for now!! LOL!!!)

2002 Rodeo Sport-Silver, V6,4x4, Soft Top, 50K!......Mysimple mods: K&N, 2 1/2" Lift, Hooker-"Aero Chamber" 2 1/4" Muffler & Tail pipe to match, Cooper 245/75 A/T.

If your looking for a cheap easy lift, "You gotta try this!!

Have Fun!.... ALWAYS!!
