I have a 1989 Isuzu Spacecab 2.6 4x4. I am trying to configure this truck for some overlanding. From what i have seen finding aftermarket parts for this truck is pretty difficult. I was wondering if there are any interchangeable parts between this and the other Isuzu vehicles of similar year? I've been able to find significantly more parts for the Trooper. Also i've read about people swapping the engine to the 2.8 Tdi 4jb1T. Does anybody here have any experience with this?

 

Have a 1990 pickup. When I can't find parts listed for mine I order trooper parts. "So far" they have been the same. Believe the drive train/frame is the same.

 

Looking for doors and fenders for an 87 pickup and can't find any near me, are they replaceable with anything else like a trooper?
