i have a 92 isuzu pickup regular cab
and my clutch petal was sticking to the floor
and the clutch pedal worked fine and never stuck when the engine wasn''''t running
so i knew it was the actual pedal and it was something inside the transmission
so i dropped the transmission to change the throw out bearing, pressure plate, and put a new clutch in
when i looked at the old throw out bearing the pressure plate had been eating away at it
so i put a brand new pressure plate, clutch and throw out bearing in it
and put everything back together
now the throw out bearing does not seem to be be pressing against the pressure plate
because i can move the arm the clutch cable attaches to by hand
when before i had to use a lot more force
and when i press down the clutch it is much easier and then just sticks to the floor when not running
it sticks in the same way that it would if the clutch cable was not attached

any information and questions are welcome

Just adjust your clutch cable...ALOT! I had the same problem, and after dropping the tranny like 3 times and replacing all the same stuff, it came down to the clutch cable...

problem is that the guy who had the truck before me must have gotten the clutch cable stuck or something then slammed his foot down on the clutch pedal and ripped a hole through the body where the clutch is fed through to the pedal
so he rigged it up with some styrofoam and a piece of wood so so i took all that out and put a steel plate in its place and screwed it to the body
but the clutch cable has to be adjusted to where it is tight or it will move around and adjust itself
but i fixed it
the ball that the arm sits on (the arm that pushes the throw out bearing back and forth) wasn''t long enough
so i unscrewed it and put a few washers behind it and now it works great
