Help with rotors
So, I hate reviving old threads, but here goes:
How in the world did you get the bolts free to separate the hubs and rotors??? I will absolutely need to drive my 95 Trooper two days from now (tomorrow would be nice), and right now the front wheels are off. Removing the rotor/hub assembly was way more involved than the brake work I've done before on small cars, which normally meant all you had to do to remove the rotors was take a couple of screw out. Do I really need an impact wrench for this? I don't have one, or an air compressor. Nor do I have the $1000 the shop wanted to replace all four rotors, the pads, and a sticking caliper. Those six bolts aren't budging. Sean |
