88 isuzu
 

just purchased a 88 isuzu pickup standard cab short bed. 2.3l 5spd 2wd.

i replaced all the brake hardware shoes and drums, when the drum is not tightened to the hub it spins freely like it should. as soon as i tighten the drum down i cannot spin it at all. the truck is in neutral and ebrake is not set.

any ideas thanks!!!!
