Employees fell on top of me onto a flat cart. My foot was stuck in one of the slats and when they tried to help me up I fell again because the cart didn't have the brakes engaged and it moved with my foot still stuck. I left thinking I was fine but since I've had some pain in my hip and knee. I didn't fill out an accident report because I thought I was okay. What should I do now?
