Rattle and Whistle
 

I have a 2004 Axiom that has a rattle and whistle coming from the undercarriage. I only have 50K miles on it and recently had the Brakes replaced. I read something about a heat shield may be hitting the exhaust pipe?. Is that something a novice can fix.
