New Memeber Blink Code help

Hey Guys, I just bought a 2005 GMC W4500 same as a Isuzu NPR as you know. I am having trouble around 45 mph and throwing a CEL. I jumped pins 4 and 11 and got a blink code of 7. Can anyone help me out here? I cant find any info on a code 7
