Hey guys andgals, I just got a 2006 I-280 pickup.Great looking truck, nice little gas saver. My previous truck was/is my beloved 93 F-150... I still have it, but the thing only gets 12mpg...lol. Anyways, hope to see all of you around.

Cool truck you got there, welcome aboard

Ive been thinking about buying an inespensive i-280 2wd and was looking at 05 dakota 2wd,6speed,st $12k chrysler has some nice incentives. Humm then i had seen a used 98 amigo 4x4 for cheap. Curious what did you pay for your truck.

I got it for $13k. Also had some good incentives. 7yr/75K mile warranty is a real good one. 100k mile paint warranty..So any rust I get under 100k = free paint job.
I got it real basic: -5-Speed trans. -A/C -Cruise control -Manual Locks, Windows. -Basic stereo (I planned on upgrading that anyway) -And it does not have a backseat. It's rated at 27MPG Highway and 24 City. Not sure yet how accurate those are. The 2.8L I-4 engine is rated at 175HP/185ftlb.TQ. Not too shabby for a 4-banger. |
wow..it seems like a good deal!

< => <!-- var SymRealOnLoad; var SymReal; Sym() { window.open = SymWinOpen; if(SymReal != null) SymReal(); } SymOnLoad() { if(SymRealOnLoad != null) SymRealOnLoad(); window.open = SymRealWinOpen; SymReal = window.; window. = Sym; } SymRealOnLoad = window.onload; window.onload = SymOnLoad; //--> </> wow! is 13k out the door price? i'm also looking to get the 280i, where did you get yours?? regarding the no backseat.... there aren't even folding seats in the back? i was under the impression that the 350 had a full back seat while the 280 had the seats that folds up when no one's back there...? |
