Hey all, I just scooped a 91 Trooper in sweet condition. I love it but want to make a few upgrades. I have to save a little money before I can put the right equipment on it. The previous owners treated it really well. Anyway, I used to own a Subaru and loved to hit people up on the forums. So, that's why I'm here. Cheers everyone.

 

Did u get it off ebay and is it maroon? If u need wheels or tires i have a set off a 99 rodeo that will fit. a set of 15" alloys with tires or 16in steels without tires.

 

No, scooped it off CL from a dealer. Tires are fine, the car is inpretty good shape actually. Can't wait to try her in the mud.

 

Cool i have a 90 trooper it was real fun. The i got my 99 rodeo in 03 and totaled it in september so i am trying to get rid of it and the extra suff i have cause i got an Audi as my 4x4 now lol

 

Yeah, Those Audi's are pretty sweet...wish i could afford one! I've heard fixing them is absurdly expensive though, so if you don't take care ofyour car it will bite you in the ***. As for me, I'm pretty much in love with my Trooper at the moment...we'll see if that all changes when the snow hits, but I'm pretty sure the love will stick for a little bit. Best feature is that there is so much glass. Almost no blind spot.

 

Oh i know i loved that square box. yeah i do most of the work my self but i know about expensive cars fixes i have two mercedes so yeah to me audi parts seem cheap but my mercedes dont give me much trouble knock on wood.
