I just purchased a 1985 Isuzu Pup with an automatic transmission and wanted to ask how I would gather information on it.


My wife has a Mazda truck and it was on a recall due to a flaw with the cruise control overheating.


I'd like to know if this was ever recalled for anything. Also, how would I get hold of this models owner’s manual?

For the older Pups I would recommend purchasing a Isuzu maintenance manual from ebay or your local Japanese auto parts store. There is also another excellent web forum for earlier Isuzu Pups (www.IsuzuPup.com). Good luck!
