Engine Swap?

Hey there,
So I have a 92' Isuzu pickup LS extended cab that is rusted though the frame and just rebuilt the engine in school last year. I have recently had a 92' Isuzu pickup PU without the engine given to me for parts. I want to toss in my LS's 2.6 engine in, however its automatic. The PU still has the tranny in. The engine was tossed. Iv never done an engine swap and are wondering what do I need to get started?

I have or soon will have the following:
-Flywheel
-clutch( need new)
-Engine mounts

Am i going to need a new drive shaft and or a ECU for the 2.6 for manual? IF they have them?

Pretty much im asking if it is possible to do this?

As a tuner, I can tell you. No engine swap is impossible. I've seen civics with LS1's crammed under their tiny little hood. However as with all Isuzu modifications, it's going to be a little expensive unless you can find it aftermarket. A lot of Isuzu parts are dealer locked which sucks. What I might suggest to really get a better, more realistic idea is go to a tuning or speed shop and tell them what you have. However, if you're considering getting info here, I'll go ahead and tell you. Be ready to get a new flywheel, clutch and you'll most certainly need motor mounts. Like I said. The realm of Isuzu is a pricey one.
