dies after it's warm
 

I have a 95 Isuzu Pickup that once at operating temperature will die going down the road. It starts right back up but dies. Once I get it home ad it's cooled down it starts up and drives until it's warmed up again. This is to say the least very very irritating. Leaves me stranded all the time. Yesterday where I live it was 101 degrees, drove it about 5 minutes and it died and had to tow it home. I could go out and start it right up now that it cool. Any thoughts, idea's, or theories? Would be appreciated. Thanks for letting me post.
