Dead Tooper
 

Hi Everone
Can anybody help, I was attemting to jump the Trooper(2.9tdi 1992) off and stupidily connected the battery the wrong way round!!! Doh! and now even with a fully charged battery theres absolutly nothing, no lights on dash nothing, can anyone suggest anything, I thought perhaps it might be a relay? but not sure how to check this thanks for any help:confused:

When you hook up jumper cables to another car do your light work then. If yes then you have fried your battery.

hi thanks for reply,tried that but still dead&old batt holds charge ok:confused:dont know where to look next?

you may have also burnt out your ground

time to replace the terminals!
